How to Fill the Application Form
- To confirm your site/unit's participation, complete and submit the
application form available on the website: www.ciisrehsawards.com.
- For participation of multiple sites/units from the same organization,
submit a separate application form for each site/unit.
- All fields in the application form are mandatory. Fill the application in
Small Caps (first letter capital in each word).
- Provide the complete company name with site or project details, if
applicable, for printing purposes. Provide the site location to assign an
assessor located nearby.
- Please go through the scale specification on the portal to know your
organisation's scale status.
- Contact CII to enquire the membership status of your organisation.
- SSI applicants to provide SSI registration certificate to CII.
- For sites located in SEZ, kindly select the SEZ status and provide GST
exemption certificate to CII.
- Select the appropriate organization category to access the relevant
sector-based checklist.
- Include multiple contact details in the application form.
- The award process is outlined in the following pages, detailing each
stage. Additionally, a video will be available on your dashboard to assist
you through each step of the process, allowing you to access it anytime
for a comprehensive understanding of the workflow. CII will remain in
contact with participating companies throughout each stage of the
process.
